On 17th July Route 66 Idiomas took the students from our Spanish courses on a trip to Valencia’s Albufera nature reserve to discover its wonderful treasures.
We enjoyed a boat trip operated by TONET EL BARQUERO during which we observed the birds and watched the sun set as we sailed along between large banks of reeds. We also visited a Barraca Valenciana (a traditional Valencian worker’s cottage) and sampled the traditional afternoon snack of “horchata y fartons”. Finally we took a walk around the El Palmar area.
