Constitution day

The constitution was passed in 1978 by King Juan Carlos I, marking the end of a dictatorship and creating changes in Spanish society. Constitution Day represents a day to reflect on the great economic and social progress in Spain towards freedom, diversity and tolerance. It is celebrated on the 6th of December and is a national holiday.
