1kg stewing steak (cut into cubes)
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
5 carrots
2 sticks of celery
1/2 kilo button mushrooms
Red pepper
Handful of olives
3/4 litre of beef stock
Glass of red wine (That’s 4 glasses for you and one for the stew!)
parsley and provincial herbs
Teaspoon grainy mustard (optional)
A few flakes of Chilli (optional)
Cornflour

ARROZ AL HORNO (rice baked in the oven with a clay dish)

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PERSONS)

1,5 litres of meat broth or water
200 gr. pork ribs in small pieces
500 gr. rice
250 gr. chickpeas already boiled
2 ripe tomatoes divided in two parts
3 middle sized potatoes
4 onion morcillas
100 gr. bacon
1 bulb of garlic
saffron
salt and olive oil.

SUPERBIZCOCHO DE EVA

Ingredients:
- 1 ☺ of yoghurt
- 3 ☺ of sugar
- 3 ☺ of flower
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 ☺ of sunflower oil
- 1 envelope of leaven
1 chocolate bar
