COFFEED CHICKEN

Ingredients (serves 4)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 whole chicken lean, weight 1.5 Kg.
! cup of strong coffee
2 spoonfuls of flour
1 cup of dry white wine
½ a spoon of freshly ground pepper
1 small cup of lard
salt and 1 onion
Preperation
Smear the lard on the chicken,
Slice the onion
Place the chicken in a deep oven dish, pour in the wine and a small cup of water
Put the chicken in the oven and cook until brown. Occasionally pouring its own juices on top of it
When brown, remove from the oven and put the chicken on a plate
Pour the juice from the pan in a small pan and add the crushed garlic, the coffee, the flour mixed with a little bit of water, and mix.
Place the pan on the burner and stir until the sauce thickens
Put the chicken back in the deep oven dish, pouring the sauce on top. Place back in the oven for 10 about ten minutes.

Pizza o Tortilla japonesa – “cook what you like, the way you like”
Ingredients for 1 person
100g flour
¼ yam (it doesn’t matter if can’t find it, it’s just for the taste)
200g white cabbage
50g onion
½ Welsh onion
1 pork filet or seafood (calamari, squid, shrimps)
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
1 egg
Worchestershire sauce and ketchup, mayonnaise
