For the dough of the Strudel:
250g flour
1 dash of salt
2 eggs
1/10 l lukewarm water
1 tbs oil

Mix the ingredients of the dough and knead it until it peels away from the hands and the table.
Form the dough to a ball, brush it with the oil and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Roll it out on a floured towel, pull it apart with the back of the hands until it’s gauzy (be careful, it shouldn’t rip) and brush it with butter.
